 Council Actions

During the course of the regular City Council Meeting the following actions were carried out:

 A Proclamation was issued recognizing May 19-25, 2013 as Emergency Medical Services Week in Gladstone noting the quality of care and the level of service provided by the Gladstone Fire/EMS Staff.
 Resolutions were approved authorizing execution of a contract for the 2013 Mill and Overlay Program; authorizing the City Manager to execute a third amendment to the antenna site lease for the Linden Water Tower; authorizing the City Manager to execute an office sublease agreement, shared conference room agreement and a parking lot lease with Oakhill Day School; accepting permanent construction easements in conjunction with NE 68 Street and N Woodland storm drainage improvement project.
 Approved Bill No. 13-16 repealing Ordinance No. 4.187 and enacting a new Ordinance 4.238 levying sewer service charges and commodity rate charges.arnos.
 Approved Bill No. 13-17 authorizing Google Fiber Missouri to operate within the City right of ways to construct, install and operate video services and authorizing the city manager to execute agreements with Google Fiber Missouri.
